Russian Chicken

This supper was super easy to make, it's tangy and sweet,  goes perfect with rice or potatoes and it's  really good!!

Chicken pieces
1 env. onion soup
1 bottle Russian dressing
4 Tbsp.  jam ( apricot, marmalade, peach)

1/2 cup hot water
Put chicken pieces in a casserole dish. Mix together onion soup, Russian dressing , apricot jam and water : bring to a boil. Pour over chicken pieces. Bake at 350 degrees  covered with foil for 1 hour , then uncovered for 1/2 hour.
TIP: Line the casserole dish  with foil for easy clean up.

Pepsi Cola Chicken

Difficulty: Easy

Instructions.Things You'll Need:

4 Chicken Breasts (or other as you choose)

1 cup Ketchup

1 cup Pepsi

Pam or Cooking Oil

Salt, Pepper (or garlic)

Baking Dish

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray some Pam or use cooking oil to coat a pan approximately 9x9.
Place the chicken in the pan leaving enough room inbetween so the sauce can run between the chicken.
Salt and Pepper to taste, I like garlic salt, keeps the vampires away.

In a separate bowl mix one cup of Pepsi and one cup of Ketchup. Mix thoroughly so the ketchup looks darker. Pour the mixture over the chicken.

Bake for 1 hour in the oven at 350 degrees. Out comes the best tasting chicken you will ever eat.
